They are Jnanayoga (through knowledge) Bhaktiyoga (through devotion) and NishkamaKarma yoga (through working and serving humanity without expecting rewards).Though each one of these yoga pathways is capable of liberation of oneself, combination of all the three gives the quickest and the best results. In Kundalini (ShivaShakti) yoga we combine all above three yogas with Kriya yoga.
