A-Ka-Ta triangle or Akshara Brahma

Shabda Brahma or A-Ka-Ta triangle,:
A-Ka-Ta triangle is also known as Shabda-Brahma (ಶಬ್ದಬ್ರಹ್ಮ). It is also called Kama-kala. A-Ka-Ta is the triangle in the Guru Chakra, in which the entire creation is enclosed.
Guru chakra is part of Sahasrara chakra system and it is just below Sahasrara chakra proper.

                  Bindu patterns

A-Ka-Ta is the triangle symbolically it represents the Shabda-Brahma (ಶಬ್ದಬ್ರಹ್ಮ) with its energies. It is also called Kama-kala.

At the corners of the triangle  the Sun, Moon and Fire ponts are located. From these three corner points arise three Shaktis. They are Jnana Shakti, Iccha Shakti and Kriya Shakti which are  indicated by lines, or the sides of the triangle.
From Moon point Bindu arises Iccha-Shakti known as Vamashakti which controls  feelings, desires and
will-power.
From Sun point Nada arises  Jnana-Shakti which is known as Jyeshta shakti or the Highest shakti which controls  knowledge.
From Fire point or Roudri Kale arises  Kriya-Shakti which controls all Doings, Action.
Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra, who are associated with three Gunas - rajas, sattva and tamas, are there with them.

From  Iccha-Shakti Bindu arises.
From Jnana-Shakti Nada arises. and from Kriya-Shakti Kale or Bija arise.

*Akshara Brahma*:
Kshara means something which is perishable. A-kshara means that which is imperishable. Brahman is eternal and  imperishable. A-kshara is the nature of Brahman. Brahman is called Akshara Brahman.
Akshara is also used to denote prakriti in the unmanifested  Avyakta state.
Akshara also  means  a letter. Alphabets are called aksharas. Para-Brahma or ParaShiva is the source of creation, sustenance and dissolution.
Upanishads say that realisation of the Supreme Brahman as the only goal worth pursuing.

Sage Yagnyavalkya, who is acknowledged as the greatest expounder of Brahman. ‘I rise to challenge you, Yajnavalkya, with two questions.  Give me answers to them!’ With these daring words, Gargi Vachaknavi, a Vedic female sage, launched into philosophical debate with Yajnavalkya, the legendary philosopher king and the greatest sage of his day. She repeatedly confronts him with existential questions about the fundamental ontology of the world:
What is it that holds the Universe together?
Yajnavalkya eventually proclaims it
‘The imperishable and  on this very imperishable, Gargi, space is woven back and forth’.
Yajnavalka describes the nature of Brahman as Akshara, the Unchanging Reality. Ether pervades heaven and earth as well as the space above heaven and below earth and this Ether is held intact by what is known as Akshara Brahman. On the command of this Akshara, the sun and the moon follow their course; heaven and earth hold their position. Time and its paraphernalia follow their path; rivers issuing from snowy mountains flow in all directions.”
He then claims that if one fails to know about this Brahman during one’s lifetime, he is to be really pitied for, he lives in ignorance and continues in the cycle of birth. When human beings, seek happiness, they are in fact seeking for Akshara Brahman. Akshara Brahman is the essence of Sat-Chit-Ananda or Eternity, Consciousness, Bliss.  He who knows Akshara is wise. Such a person is  unseen but sees; unheard but is the hearer; unthinkable but is the thinker; unknown but is the knower.

Sanskrit is not just an ordinary human language but consists of sounds and vibrations of the cosmic mantras to govern every aspect of the universe. Sanskrit is said to be the language of vedas and mantra yoga that facilitates the awakening of chakras and higher centers.
Sanskrit  is one of the oldest languages that comprises of sounds, syllables and written communication and speech. It holds divinity and till date all the auspicious hindu customs follow the scriptures written in Sanskrit.
The origin of the Sanskrit language is Akshara Brahma.

It has 13 vowels, 25 consonants, 4 semi vowels, 4 sibilants and 2 diacritics. Each letter has a different type of pronunciation. While pronouncing a consonant the complete tongue is contacted with a certain palate.

On the basis of the pronunciation, letters are divided into different groups.
There are 5 primary consonants
groups that end with an Anunasik or Nasal sound . The anunasik sounds are (ङ ञ ण न म)
1.
Kanthya : क ख ग घ ङ
The Kanthyas pronounced using throat and back of the tongue
2.
Talavya: च छ ज झ ञ
The Talavyas are pronounced using tongue and hard palate
3.
Murdhanya: ट  ठ  ड  ढ  ण
The Murdhanya are pronounced using upper front part of the palate and front of the tongue
4.
Dantya: त थ द ध न
The Dantyas are pronounced using teeth and front part of the tongue
5.
Oshtya: प फ ब भ म
The Oshtya are pronounced using lips
6.
 The semi vowels :य र ल व
The semi vowels are soft unlike consonants
7.
The Ushnas or fricatives: श ष स ह
The ushna or fricative sounds produce heat due to the excessive contact and hiss like action

The triangle lines also contain the entire matrix (Akshara, ಅಕ್ಷರ, Alphabet), 48 letters of the alphabet arise from these three Bindus: They are
16 Vowels, starting with “A (ಅ)", form the first line(lower left line);
16 Consonants, starting with “Ka (ಕ)”, form the second line(upper line),
The next 16 letters, starting with “Ta (ತ) ”, form the third line(lower left line).
Therefore, the triangle is called A-Ka-Ta. (ಅ ಕ ತ) A-Ka-Ta being the starting alphabet letter for each line.
The letters Ha, La, Ksha (ಹ ಳ ಕ್ಷ) are inside the traingle one in each corner of the triangle. This Varna matrix that arises from their Bindu is the body of the Kula-Kundalini (ಕುಲ-ಕುಂಡಲಿನಿ).

Inside  the A-Ka-Ta triangle there is the Ocean of Nectar (ಅಮೃತ ಸಾಗರ) and Island of gems called Manidveepa (ಮಣಿದ್ವೀಪ). On the Manidveep is a jewelled alter called Mani-peeth (ಮಣಿ ಪೀಠ).   Chid-Bindu (ಚಿದ್ಬಿಂದು) above and Chin-Nada(  ಚಿನ್ನಾದ) in middle, and  Chid-Kala  (ಚಿತ್ಕಳೆ) below. Triangle and the Guru of all  Parama-Siva (ಪರಮ ಶಿವ) on the Mani-peeth.
