There was a group of gentlemen in Japan,who would meet to search for costly varieties of tea and create new blends over a Tea ceremony. When it was the turn of the oldest member to entertain he served tea with the greatest ceremony, measuring out the leaves from a golden container. Everyone had the highest praise for the tea and demanded to know by what combination he had arrived at this exquisite blend.The old man smiled and said,"Gentlemen, the tea that  you find so exquisite is regularly drunk by the peasants in my farm".
"THE FINEST THINGS IN LIFE ARE NEITHER COSTLY NOT HARD TO FIND".

Hrit Chakra or Eight petals Chakra or Menifestation Chakra: Hrit chakra is not the physical heart but represents the spiritual heart.  ‘In the citadel of the body, there is the small sinless and pure lotus of the heart which is the residence of the Supreme.  Hrit chakra is described as a delicate, beautiful lotus, red as the morning sun. The petals are characterised as golden or white.   Hrit (Hridaya, heart) is a minor chakra with eight petals. It has three regions: a vermilion sun region, within which is a white moon region, within which is a deep-red fire region.  The 'Inner awareness or the Inner heart or the Inner mind' — is found in the center of the eight petal Lotus. Shabda Brahma or  A-Ka-Ta triangle, : A-Ka-Ta triangle is also known as Shabda-Brahma (ಶಬ್ದಬ್ರಹ್ಮ). It is also called Kama-kala. A-Ka-Ta is the triangle in the Guru Chakra, in which the entire creation is enclosed. Guru chakra is part of Sahasrara chakra system and it is just below Sahasrara chakra proper.                   Bindu patterns   A-Ka-Ta is the triangle   symbolically it represents the Shabda-Brahma (ಶಬ್ದಬ್ರಹ್ಮ) with its energies. It is also called Kama-kala. At the corners of the triangle  the Sun, Moon and Fire ponts are located. From these three corner points arise three Shaktis.
